Engineering and Technical Department

The main tasks and functions of the Engineering and Technical Department:

• development and modernization of production capacities of elevator and storage facilities;
• providing technical preparation of the material and technical base of the Representative Office;
• organization of training and professional development of employees;
• ensuring compliance with the rules and regulations of design, engineering and technical discipline, rules and regulations on labor protection, safety and industrial sanitation.

DUISENBAYEV Mereke

He was born on January 1, 1960 in the North Kazakhstan oblast.

He graduated from the Alma-Ata branch of the Dzhambul Technological Institute of Light and Food Industry with a degree in “Grain Storage and Processing Technology”.

He started his career in 1976 as a metal worker at the Daut Grain Elevator.

In different years he held the positions of master mechanic at “Enbekshilderskiy Elevator” ( Akmola), shift master of the production site “Dzhambulsky Elevator” (Astana), Deputy Director, Head of the PTL “Volodarovsky Elevator”.

In the period from 1999 to 2007, he perfomed duties of a Deputy Director for quality at “Nikolo-Burlinsky Elevator” OJSC.

In the period from 2000 to 2007, he worked as a Managing Director at “Syrymbet-1” LLP.

In the period from 2007 to 2009, he worked as a Supply Master at “Dostyk Dan” LLP.

In the period from 2009 to 2012, he worked as a lawyer, chief engineer at “Dostykskiy Elevator” LLP.

In the period from 2012 to 2014, he hels a position of an Equipment Engineer of “Kazakh Research Institute of processing of agricultural products” LLP.

In the period from 2014 to 2016, he worked as a Managing Director at “Biday-Control” LLP.

In the period from 2016 to 2019, he worked as a Lawyer at the Representation Office of “Astyk Koymalary” LLP “Bread base No. 2”.

Since April 03, 2019, he has been working as the Head of the Engineering and Technical Department, a chief engineer of “Astyk Koymalary” LLP.
