Orazaliev Serik
Was born on September 3, 1965 in the South Kazakhstan region.
Graduated from the Kazakh Order of the Red Banner of Labor Agricultural Institute with a degree in Fruit and Vegetable Growing and Viticulture.
He began his career in 1982 as a handyman of the construction department, Karauzyaksky village, South Kazakhstan region.
