Department of accounting and reporting

Main tasks and functions of the accounting and reporting Department:

• maintaining reliable accounting, tax and management records of the Company's financial and economic activities;
• formation and submission of accounting, tax and management reports on the financial and economic activities of the Company and jointly controlled organizations;
• development of primary accounting documentation forms based on standards;
• accounting of fixed assets, working capital and cash assets of the enterprise, execution of expenses;
• control over timely inventory of cash and inventory items;
• control over the availability and movement of property, use of material, labor, and financial resources in accordance with approved norms, standards, and estimates.

Head of Department accounting and reporting

BAIDILDEN Bibigul Karimullakyzy

Born on March 11, 1981 in Mangistau region.

Graduated from the state Kazakh Academy of transport and communications named after S.M. Tynyshpayev with a degree in «Accounting and audit».

Began her career in 1999, leading specialist of the Department of organizational and personnel work Aktau akim.

In different years,held the positions of chief accountant SCE «Aktau city decoration», accountant of « Express Service Plus» LLP, accountant of «HanТengri – Aktau» LLP.

July-September 2013 worked as an accountant in «ZhMEX» LLP.

September 2013-March 2014 worked as an accountant in«Volzhanka Keramzit LTD» LLP.

March 20, 2014, hired at «AkBiday– Terminal» JSC as an accountant.

October 20, 2014 transferred to the post of Acting Deputy Chief Accountant, November 17, 2014 transferred to the post of  Acting chief accountant of the Company.

On May 4, 2015 works as the head of the department of accounting and reporting - the chief accountant.

Awarded a certificate of appreciation of JSC«Holding «KazAgro».
