Administrative Department

Main tasks and functions of the administrative Department:

  • organization of office work, including personnel management, archive management;
  • organization of work on the procurement of goods, works and services of the Company;
  • provision of the Company with goods and services necessary for normal functioning, interaction with utilities and other services in order to provide uninterrupted heat energy, electricity, water supply to the Company's administrative building;
  • ensuring the smooth functioning and development of information and telecommunications infrastructure.

Head of the administrative department

DOSZHANOVA Lazzat

Born on February 23, 1981 in Mangistau region.

Graduated from Almaty accounting and technology College of Kazpotrebsoyuz with honors in «Customs», «Bolashak» University with a degree in «State and local administration».

Started her career in 2001 as an inspector of the personnel department of the SOEKHOZU of the Akim's Office of Mangistau Region, Aktau.

2003-2004workedas a specialist, leading specialist of SE «Administration of SEZ» Aktau seaport».

2004-2008 worked as a secretary, office manager of the «Aktau plant of fiberglass pipes» LLP.

2008-2012 office manager, marketing manager of «Company «Phystech» LLP.

April 10, 2012 was adopted in «Ak Biday– Terminal» JSC office manager, to July 10, 2017 transferred to the post of Head of the administrative department.
