The main tasks and functions of the Corporate Secretary:

• ensuring of the compliance by the bodies and officials of the Company with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of corporate governance, the Charter, the Corporate Governance Code and internal regulatory documents of the Company, as well as improving the policy and practice in the field of corporate governance;
• maintaining of a high level of information transparency within the competence stipulated by the Company's internal regulatory documents;
• ensuring of clear and effective interaction between the bodies of the Company.

NASHKENOV Kanagat Bolatovich

Was born on July 20, 1982 in the Kostanay region.

In 2004 he graduated from the Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages with a degree in International Law.

He began his working career in 2005 as a leading specialist in the Department of Analysis and Development of Domestic and Foreign Trade of the Trade Development Directorate of the Department of the Development of Trade Policy and Accession to the WTO of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Subsequently, in the period until 2011, he worked as a chief specialist, expert, chief expert, head of the Customs and Tariff Regulation Department of the Foreign Trade Policy Department of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the NC Food Contract Corporation JSC he was hired in July 2011 to the position of Director of the Department for Work with Subsidiaries. From 2012 to March 2020, he worked as the Director of the Administrative Department.

From April 2020 to the present, he is the Corporate Secretary of NC Food Contract Corporation JSC.
