Internal Audit Service

The main tasks and functions of the Internal Audit Service:

• assessment and assistance in improving the internal control system;
• assessment and assistance in improving the risk management system;
• assessment of the risk of committing fraud and the effectiveness of managing the risk of fraud in the Company;
• assessment and assistance in improving the corporate governance system in the Company;
• assessment of the reliability, completeness, objectivity of the accounting system and the reliability of financial reporting;
• assessment of compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the requirements of the internal regulatory documents of the Company;
• assessment of the rationality and efficiency of the use of the Company's resources and the methods used to ensure the safety of the Company's assets;
• organization of a Group (synergetic) audit in the Company's subsidiaries and related companies.

ZHUMABAYEVA Svetlana Ramazanovna

Was born on February 22, 1976 in the Kostanay region.

In 1995 she graduated from the Kostanay Cooperative Technical School with a degree in Accounting, Control and Analysis of Economic Activities, accountant-claims specialist (diploma with honors), in 1997 she graduated from the Kazakh Institute of Consumer Cooperatives with a degree in Accounting and Audit, accountant-economist, in 2014 she graduated from the magistracy of the Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade, with a degree in Economics, master of economics and business.

She began her working career in 1997 as an Accountant of the Department of material and technical supply at Kostanay Diesel Plant, Kostanay OJSC.

In different years, from 2000 to 2005, she worked as an accountant, chief accountant at Melkombanat OJSC ( Kostanay), Grain Reception Centre Altyn Dan LLP ( Kostanay), Branch of NC Kurylyskonsalding JSC in Astana and Akmola region.

From 2005 to 2019, she worked in system of the KazAgro Holding JSC as an accountant, deputy chief accountant, Director of the Accounting and Reporting Department - chief accountant at KazAgroGarant JSC ( Astana) and KazAgro Holding JSC (Astana).

From September 2019 to the present, Head of the Internal Audit Service at NC Food Contract Corporation JSC.
