Financial Department

The main tasks and functions of the Finance Department:

• preparation of the Budget, Development Plan of the Food Contract Corporation;
• control and analysis of the execution of the Budget, the Development Plan of the Food Contract Corporation, including the coordination and analysis of the Budgets, Development Plans of Subsidiaries and Related Organizations of the Food Contract Corporation and their execution;
• financial control of costs of the Food Contract Corporation;
• organization of events aimed at financial support of activities of the Food Contract Corporation;
• implementation of activities provided for by the Development Strategy of the Food Contract Corporation, the Development Plan of the Corporation, within its competence;
• achievement of the indicators provided by the Budget of the Food Contract Corporation, within its competence;
• implementation, within its competence, of the analysis of the financial and economic activities of the Food Contract Corporation and the development on its basis of proposals for improving the financial and economic indicators of the Food Contract Corporation.

Director of the Financial Department

KANAYEV Berik Borisovich

Was born on March 20, 1987 in Kokchetav region.

In 2008 graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, Astana, specializing in Finance.

He began his working career in 2008 as a specialist in the Hard-center department of Kazakhstan Collektor Company LLP.

In the period from January 2009 to October 2012 he worked as an expert of the Department of Investment Policy and External Relations of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the period from October 2012 to February 2014, he worked as the chief expert of the Department of State Assets Management Policy of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the period from February 2014 to June 2018, he worked as the chief manager of the Financial Department of KazAgro Holding JSC.

In the period from June 2018 to January 2019, he worked as the head of the Budget Planning Department of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC.

From January 2019 to the present, Director of the Financial Department of NC Food Contract Corporation JSC.
