Legal Department

The main tasks and functions of the Legal Department:

• ensuring of compliance with the rule of law in the activities of the Food Contract Corporation and legal protection of its interests in interaction with government bodies, government and non-government organizations;
• participation in the development of drafts of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other documents of a legal nature concerning the activities of the Food Contract Corporation, including through coordination, if they are developed by other structural divisions of the Food Contract Corporation;
• analysis of the rule-making activity of the Food Contract Corporation, with the subsequent introduction of proposals to the Food Contract Corporation management for its improvement and elimination of the identified shortcomings;
• implementation of measures provided for by the Development Strategy, Development Plan of the Food Contract Corporation;
• provision of methodological assistance to legal departments of Subsidiaries and Related Organizations of the Food Contract Corporation within the limits of its competence.

Director of the Legal Department

MUSATAYEVA Bibigul Tulegenovna

Was born on November 14, 1977 in Petropavlovsk.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Kazakh State National University named after Al-Farabi with a degree in Jurisprudence.

She began her working career in 2002 as a lawyer in Kokshetau Meat Processing Plant LLP.

In different years, since 2003, she worked in the system of NC Food Contract Corporation JSC:

from 2003 to 2004, chief specialist of the department of legal support of NC Food Contract Corporation JSC (development and approval of regulatory legal acts in the field of the grain market, representation in court, legal examination of contracts, internal documents, etc.);

from 2004 to 2006, Kazastyktrans LLP ( Almaty) (subsidiary of NC Food Contract Corporation JSC, rail freight forwarder) legal adviser;

from 2005 to 2007, part-time work in Almaty at NIKO LLP (construction company);

from 2007 to November 2017, chief manager of the Legal Department of NC Food Contract Corporation JSC ( Astana, central office).

From November 2017 to the present, she has been the Director of the Legal Department of NC Food Contract Corporation JSC.

Awarded certificates of honor from NC Food Contract Corporation JSC, KazAgro Holding JSC, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a letter of thanks from the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
