Department for Work with Troubled Debts

The main tasks and functions of the Department for Work with Troubled Debts:

• carrying out of claim-related work of the Food Contract Corporation, including the representation in the established manner of the interests of the Food Contract Corporation in judicial and law enforcement agencies, as well as in other state bodies and non-profit organizations;
• organization of events aimed at checking the status of the provided security for the fulfillment of obligations on the troubled debt of the Food Contract Corporation, monitoring and foreclosure on pledged items;
• ensuring of the acceptance of additional bid security from troubled debtors of the Food Contract Corporation or third parties, on the basis of decisions of the relevant authorized bodies of the Food Contract Corporation;
• implementation of the activities provided for by the Development Strategy and Development Plan of the Food Contract Corporation, within its competence.

AMIRGOZHIN Arman Nurakhanovich

Was born on May 1, 1984 in Akmola region.

Graduated from the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov with a degree in Jurisprudence

He began his working career in 2006 as a specialist in the Legal Department of NC Food Contract Corporation JSC.

Over the years, he held the positions of a leading specialist, public specialist, head of a sector, deputy director of a structural division that provides legal support for the activities of NC Food Contract Corporation JSC. 

Since February 13, 2014, he has been the Director of the Department for Work with Troubled Debts of NC Food Contract Corporation JSC.

Awarded a diploma of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a diploma of the Chairman of the Management Board of KazAgro Holding JSC for performing the assigned tasks at a high level.

He took part in working groups on the discussion and development of draft laws in the field of the agro-industrial complex, as well as in working groups as part of large creditors on joint debtors.
