Administrative Department

The main tasks and functions of the Administrative Department:

• organization of office work, including personnel one;
• organization of work on the purchase of goods, works and services of the Food Contract Corporation and on issues related to the sale of non-core assets of the Food Contract Corporation (immovable and movable property);
• provision of the central office of the Food Contract Corporation with goods and services necessary for normal functioning, interaction with utilities and other services in order to ensure uninterrupted provision of the central office of the Food Contract Corporation with heat power and electricity, water supply, and vehicles;
• provision of the uninterrupted functioning and development of the information and telecommunication infrastructure of the Food Contract Corporation.

Director of the Administrative Department

SALIN Bauyrzhan Saparzhanovich

Was born on January 12, 1973 in the North Kazakhstan region.

Graduated from the Tselinograd Civil Engineering Institute with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering, the L. Goncharov Kazakh Automobile and Road University with a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management.

He began his working career in 1995 as the Head of the construction site of the Aksus technological-process automation, Stepnogorsk.

Over the years, he held the positions of President of Kazstroisystema JSC ( Akmola), Director of the RSE Directorate of administrative buildings of the administration and maintenance of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Astana), Director of the RSE Directorate of administrative buildings of the management of material and technical support (Astana).

1998 - 2007, he worked as a specialist, leading specialist, chief specialist of technical supervision of the Road Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2007 - 2010, he worked as a head of department of the State Fund Central Committee for Regional Development Sary-Arka.

2010 - 2013, President of Kazstroisistema JSC.

2013 - 2017 Director of the RSE "Directorate of administrative buildings and economic management of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

2017 - 2020, Director of BitCoinBank LLP.

Since April 29, 2020, he has been working as the Director of the Administrative Department of NC Food Contract Corporation JSC.

Awarded with: Certificate of honor from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev "For a significant contribution to the preparation and holding of the VII OSCE Summit", the anniversary medal "Қазақстан Республикасының Тәуелсіздігіне 20 жыл", the anniversary medal "Қазақстан Республикасының Тәуелсіздігіне 25 жыл".
